I was overjoyed when Callie and Nate reached out to me to be their Jupiter Engagement Photographer!

Callie and Nate are a super laid-back couple. They love enjoying each other’s company either hanging out with their dogs or going golfing. Callie describes herself as an awful golfer but says that she and Nate always find a way to have a good laugh about it while they are at the driving range!

I asked the couple what kind of vibe they were looking for when it came to their engagement photos. Their only requests were for it to be held in Jupiter, and at sunset! There are so many gorgeous locations in Jupiter to shoot engagement photos so I had no doubt that together the three of us would totally nail it.

However, Callie and Nate were a little nervous about being in front of the camera. But, I can’t say I blame them. I know how awkward it can feel to be on the other side of the camera, especially if it’s your first time! Although they had taken part in a family photo shoot with Nate’s entire family a while back, they still described it as a somewhat awkward feeling. But, they did let me in on a little secret. The entire family did the photoshoot holding White Claws, which made the vibe more fun and relaxed.

So, when it came to their engagement photos, Callie and Nate had a fun and unique idea. Nate just so happens to share a last name with a brand of canned wine. The couple brought along a few cans to their engagement shoot to use as props! Isn’t that such a fun detail?

Callie and Nate will be married in Texas over the summer. After that, the couple will be making the move from Jupiter to Pensacola for Nate’s job in the Marines. Thank you for your service, Nate! They wanted to take their engagement photos in Jupiter to honor their time here together as a couple before moving on to their next big adventure!
