Jess and Tom’s Sundy House Wedding in Delray Beach was so much fun!!

This sweet couple is so fun and easy-going, and they are always down to do anything to ‘get the shot’. They admittedly don’t take many photos themselves so they were open to all of my suggestions which made for an amazing time during their wedding. I first worked with them for their engagement session at John D. MacArthur State Park. At the time I couldn’t wait for their wedding day, and here we are a year later and Jess was such a gorgeous bride! She had that easy-going classic meets upscale wedding day style and she pulled it off flawlessly. Are you familiar with Sundy House in Delray Beach?

It’s a historic inn, restaurant, and garden located in the heart of downtown Delray Beach. The 11-room boutique-style inn hosts a select number of weddings per year set among tranquil streams, waterfalls, and heaps of lush South Florida tropical greenery!

Though Jess and Tom’s wedding day was spent celebrating with their closest friends and family, the setting of Sundy House made it feel intimate, special, and memorable. I especially love the unique style of seating that this venue provides. Think of it as partially covered outdoor seating with an indoor feel! Of course, with plenty of cafe lighting and soft flickering candles. This looked especially amazing under the covered gazebo where Jess and Tom danced and danced. Tom loves to dance!

Jess and Tom accented their reception setup with boho-style florals and pampas grass and it was insanely gorgeous. Another really fun aspect of their wedding day was the audio guestbook they set up for their guests. It’s a really fun concept where guests can leave the couple recorded messages.
